Ingredients

Wet
- 1 c. banana puree (2 bananas)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. honey (85g)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Dry
- 1/2 c. blanched almond flour (65g)
- 1/2 c. oat flour (69g)
- 1/2 c. vanilla protein powder (49g)
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips or blueberries (optional)
- 3 tsp. pysillium fiber (optional)
Steps
------------------
1. Mix all dry ingredients except for chocolate chips
2. Mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl. Use a blender or food processor to liquify bananas.
3. Mix wet and dry ingredients
3. Fold in blueberries or chocolate chips
4. Bake at 350F for 18 minutes in 12 cup muffin tray.
