Ingredients
- 24 oz. chicken
- 2 large carrots
- 2 celery sticks
- 1.5 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 c. water
- 3 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chicken buillon
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 15 oz. peas
- 6 oz. egg noodles
Steps
- Soften carrots, celery, onion in butter slightly
- Boil chicken, shred
- Combine chicken, vegetables, herbs, water, milk
- Simmer for 1 hour
- Add peas and noodles
- Simmer until noodles are soft
