Ingredients

  • Rub
    • 1/4 c. olive oil
    • 2 tsp. oregano
    • 2 tsp. thyme
    • 2 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1 tsp salt
  • Marinade
    • 1/2 c. dry white wine (pinot)
    • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
    • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Steps

  1. Cover 2.5 lbs. chicken breasts with rub.
  2. Pour marinade over chicken.
  3. Bake at 425F for 30 min
