Ingredients
- Rub
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 tsp. thyme
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Marinade
- 1/2 c. dry white wine (pinot)
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Steps
- Cover 2.5 lbs. chicken breasts with rub.
- Pour marinade over chicken.
- Bake at 425F for 30 min
