Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 pint heavy cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 oz. shredded mozzarella

Steps

  1. Melt butter, cream, and cream cheese together at low heat.
  2. Add seasoning.
  3. Mix in cheese until melted.
