Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 tsp. slat
- pinch of pepper
- 1-2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter
Steps
- Place egg yolks, salt, pepper, and 1 Tbsp. of lemon juice in the blender jar.
- Melt butter in a saucepan or in the microwave
- Blend egg yolk mixture at high speed for 2 seconds.
- Uncover. While still at high speed slowly pour in hot melted butter
Notes
- Prepare immediately before serving. This will only take about 3 minutes
- Roll lemons to get more juice out of them
- Average lemon has 2-4 tablespoons of juice
