Ingredients

  • 1/2 c pine nuts (pignolis)
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
  • 5 c. fresh basil, packed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1.5 c. olive oil
  • 1 c. parmesan

Steps

  1. Process pignolis and garlic for 30 seconds.
  2. Add basil, salt, pepper
  3. Pour in olive oil while processor is running
  4. Add parmesan and puree for 1 minute.

  • Could do 50/50 walnut/pine nut
