    • 8 tbsp softened butter (112g)
    • 2/3 c sugar, brown or granulated (130g)
    • 1.5 tbsp. Cinnamon (10g)
  • Frosting
    • powdered sugar
    • water

Steps

  2. Instead of shaping into balls, roll out dough to 12x18in and coat with filling. Butter first, then cinnamon sugar mix
  3. Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 sections
