Ingredients

  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • .75 c. granulated sugar
  • 203 g. sourdough starter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2.75 c. GF flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • .5 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add in sourdough starter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together GF flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips
  6. Scoop cookie dough, roll into balls, and place on cookie sheet
  7. Chill for 30 minutes to an hour
  8. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes
