Ingredients
- 1 stick unsalted butter (112g)
- 7/8 c. light brown sugar (200g)
- 100 g. sourdough starter
- 1 large eggs (53g)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (6g)
- 1.25 c. GF flour. Bob's Red Mill (219g)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda (3g)
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder (1g)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (5g)
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (165g)
- 13g Inulin (optional)
Steps
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in sourdough starter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together GF flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Scoop cookie dough, roll into balls, and place on cookie sheet
- Chill for 30 minutes to an hour
- Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes
