Ingredients

- 1.5 tsp flour
- 2/3 c. chicken broth
- 3 tbsp. sour cream
- 1/8 tsp. dill
- salt and pepper to taste
Steps

1. In a skillet (preferable the one you just cooked your meat in) stir in 1/3 cup broth, scraping the brown bits.
2. In another bowl, combine flour and remaining 1/3 cup broth until smooth. Stir into skillet
3. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened
4. Reduce heat. Stir in sour cream, dill, salt, pepper.
