Finely shred the head of cabbage; do not chop. Combine the green onions and cabbage in a large bowl.
Preheat oven to 350F
Melt the butter. Mix ramen, sesame seeds and almonds in the melted butter. Spoon mixture onto a baking sheet and bake the crunchies until they are lightly browned. Turning often to make sure they don't burn
To make the dressing whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, and soy sauce thoroughly
Combine dressing, crunchies, and cabbage immediately before serving
