Ingredients

- Salad
    - 1 small head napa cabbage or 1 bag coleslaw mix
    - 1 small bunch minced green onion
- Crunchies
    - 1/4 c. butter
    - 1 c. sliced almonds
    - 3 oz. package of ramen noodles, broken
    - 2 tbps. sesame seeds
- Dressing
    - 1/4 c. white vinegar
    - 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    - 1/4 c. white sugar
    - 2 tbsp. soy sauce


Steps

1. Finely shred the head of cabbage; do not chop. Combine the green onions and cabbage in a large bowl.
2. Preheat oven to 350F
3. Melt the butter. Mix ramen, sesame seeds and almonds in the melted butter. Spoon mixture onto a baking sheet and bake the crunchies until they are lightly browned. Turning often to make sure they don't burn
4. To make the dressing whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, and soy sauce thoroughly
5. Combine dressing, crunchies, and cabbage immediately before serving
